if this is the killing of Rubio... then the story of "answering the door" was a false report to the police by the murderer... as its now known the girlfriend who lived there killed him (and she called 911)... and it was a stab to the front upper abdominal area, not the back...

I wonder if Rubio actually told the cops it was his GF (before he died), or if they get the info by grilling the lady???
