Orionid meteor Shower
#1
The meteor shower really gets going tonight. The peak is expected from Oct.20th through Friday-Oct.24th in the Southeastern sky around midnight, near the club in the constellation of Orion. By Dawn the best view is of the Southern sky. They could be almost anywhere in the sky but would be traceable to the constellation of Orion.

The earth is passing through a debris field left by Halley's Comet. Peaking each night between midnight and dawn and if you can't see it here because of conditions, the Tues. early morning show can be observed here;

There is also a partial solar eclipse for North America on Thurs. Oct.23rd, it won't be visible here but tell your friends and family on the mainland;

Enjoy the show!
