Tom, thank you so much for posting this and for your support and love 
and I want to thank all of you who posted here. Everything each of you said encouraged me very much and got me through my first set of tests. I don't know the results for the cognitive stuff except that some deficits did show up. Also my blood work just happened to show that my IgG level is very low and I am very vulnerable to infection (no wonder I've been catching one horrible thing after another even though I haven't been leaving the house that much!). It is recommended that I get gamma globulin every three months; I have to get up my courage since things like blood transfusions already scared me, since I have a phobia of other people's blood. I should get the cognitive results soon, am nervous...all of your thoughts and prayers tough my heart and are giving me courage. My prayers are for you.
