Just a real quick "heads up" - the Domiinos FAQ site does not recommend their 'gluten-free' crust for celiac disease, as it is prepared in a common kitchen...something that may be a problem with most bakeries..(had not thought of that...also many soy products are cross-contaminated with gluten grains, due to processing equipment...so if the gluten exclusion is for a disease, be much more careful, but if it is just for a dietary reduction, then enjoy!
