When I was on Maui back in the early 70s that was standard fare at the little mom/pop sushi stores (Okazuya?) that used to be around. That and the rice in the sweet soy cone thing. I like it but don't consider it in the same category as your fancy sushi. I always considered it more of a tuna salad sandwich, and it was priced that way. Musubi category?
