Thank you everyone for your help. I found Gary Young who helped me meet Mikey who helped me pick out a gorgeous piece of Kamani wood, worked it into the perfect cutting board and put a huge smile on my face. I've blogged about the experience here. http://specialagentnancy.blogspot.com/
