Clearly I'm no expert, but in the meantime, I'm pretty sure lying on one's back eyes-closed on the lawn, sitting on a cliff eyes-open watching waves, taking a hike with one's wiggly Weimeraner, scuba-diving on a sunny day, and happily mopping one's cracked tlle floor are all marvelous/acceptable forms of meditation.
Not sure the name of the "school" though. ;
