This was an industrial accident involving some components that handle high voltage. I am not at liberty to divulge the information I have recently received. I Have to admit that the Malfunctioning components are a bit over my head. It's not something that I normally deal with at my job.
Even normal household voltages can kill. I have a protocol that I always follow. Disconnect power at the source. Test for the presence of voltage on the load side...test again before touching anything. Stay safe everyone. Aloha, KW
