just trying to "feel out" the job situation in that area. We aren't accustomed to much, I can tell you that. I have plenty of experience in several facets of the food industry, from fast food to fine dining as a line / prep cook. Also 5 years as a meat cutter, the last 2 and a half managing a meat dept. I worked about 5 years in the construction / remodeling area as well. Not real fond of that now that I'm in my mid 40's, though. Also, the last 10 years I have owned and operated my own business mostly cleaning windows and pressurewashing with some other interior and exterior cleaning jobs thrown in. does that help narrow it down?
