It's a joy to see.... green beans are 2 inches tall, lettuce is abundant in the seed tray, probably 1000+ roma tomatoes are an inch tall and there are little hints of bell peppers and cucumbers. Today started trays of bok and pak choy plus cilantro. Ummmmmm..... every day we see progress. Today I had company to help water and ooh and ahhh over the starts. Next will be shelves under our tables. Probably get out and measure tomorrow if I can get the truck unloaded of the giant load of papaya I scored today. Too tired this afternoon to try it myself. Tomorrow is soon enough unless some neighborhood kids show up.... they do once in a while. I think the rest of the afternoon is devoted to a hot shower, a good book and marinating steaks for Bob. It's only 2 pm but feels like 5. guss I am working more... good for the body. /but as renee cautions, take breaks, rest in between. It WILL all be there tomorrow.
