Little Fire Ants!! Tango Bait Co-op?
#4
Yes, it is a corn cob granular, like "Ant Block" from Amdro (Amdro makes many many products, but there are just a few for LFA's....so I am guessing you mean those...)

The larvalcides are mixed with an edible oil that attracts the little buggers....and they are actually consuming the edible oil... which does go rancid after a time, which is why those products all have a use up after a certain time...

I forget the price for the bag... and how much it covered - I'm thinking $15-20 for a bag that did under an acre coverage....(it can be broadcast in a pasture field & seem to remember the sq ft on the bag was for a broadcast application... but we did the structure perimeters, trails & tree base bait stations, as those are our main problem areas here...)
