Leasing land

Very possible! Until we can close down our family business in South Florida and make our move we are leasing our plot to a man who is farming Okinawan potato. In exchange for the land use he has agreed to pay the taxes for those years, build us a pig proof fence around the entire parcel, and sew cover crop seed at the end of the term (I buy seed). Not sure if it's even close to going rate but I am happy with the trade, so that's good enough!
