You almost certainly signed away your right to sue when they registered you at the dental office on your first visit. Remember the form you signed? Nobody reads it because if you don't sign it, they won't treat you. The form says you can't sue and must go to some kind of mediation. The dentist's insurance company forces them to force you to waive your right to sue.
