I personally like higher up in Orchidland for the bigger lots and more clouds. That blaring sun can get really old. It depends on what you like. Leilani is pretty far out there and also lava zone I, so you need to consider this also. Loans are a little easier to get here than on the mainland, in my limited experience. Personal loans here are at a much lower rate than on the mainland. Usually, it's a 25k limit for a "personal loan".
