Home Invasion in HPP Fri night 30th Ave
#30
Given the severity and relative frequency of burglaries and home invasions taking place in Puna, I certainly wish our elected officials would take it upon themselves to revisit the firearms laws at it relates to shooting someone who has illegally entered your place of residence. As the law currently stands, you must try your best to escape from your OWN home if something like this happens...OR you must prove that your life was threatened. With food production, small business, and gmo battles decorating Russell's plate, I don't see him making any tough decisions on crime in Puna. Hanohano? Probably not.

In the meantime, criminals will still have the upper hand in Puna. I'm not for killing folks. I'm really not. But if someone enters my house...with intent to steal from and/or hurt my family. I'm putt'n the red dot right between his/her (bleeping) eyes. But that's just me. And I'd probably go to jail for it. Legal as my sig might be.
