Look on "mauirealestate.com" and they have sales data at the bottem of listings. When I bought my lot in ORchidland for instance, they listed every other lot sold for about 2 yrs. They show the listing price, and the price it sold for as well. Things went up this spring, but there might be a slight lull right now. NOt sure.
