My husband and I just purchased property on North Glenwood and we have some questions about clearing/dozing in that area. I have read lots about what is involved in clearing land that is on top of old lava flows but what is involved in clearing land with deeper soil? Is there more work involved to ready the land so that it is not so muddy? We are just looking to have a driveway put in with a clearing for a cabin but want to make sure we know what is involved before contacting someone to clear it for us... Thanks guys!
