back to the yurt idea

I already have spoken to Melissa at "Yurts of Hawaii" and she wasnt too keen on doing anything related to concrete bases for yurts. Also, before the conversation got too far into it- she wanted me to put down quite a bit of money and actually order a yurt (understandable). So, for now, I am on my own. I imagine, I will order the yurt from her and have her put it up if I do this, but I am not paying someone for research I can do on my own. It is expensive to have a third party set up the drafters and everything else. If she had plans for this, I would use her for the whole thing, but I'd be starting from scratch with the 4 foot cement wall idea- even with her. (from what I could gather)
