Civil Defense alert: Puna Geothermal Venture start

Yes, it was broadcast numerous times today. On the way from Leilani to the transfer station and to the P.O. to pick up a package and back I heard it at least two different times. Actually, it might have been three but I know for sure at least two times. That was around 11 or 11:30'ish.
