There are repair shops in Hilo, most charge a deposit before they will check out the TV. (guaranteed money) if the estimate is to expensive, and you decide the TV is not worth repairing, the deposit is non-refundable.
LED TV's at Target, Walmart and Amazon are very inexpensive, check prices online.
