the offenders i worry about are the one's that are not on the registery.the one's are on the registery are being monitored constanly.i have work for a monitor company monitoring s.o.'s for 6yrs.have lived in neighbors with s.o.we have 4kids.its always a good idea too guard your kids.but take it from me.the ones who are not registerd are the ones whom refused to take resposability for there actions.and there chances of reoffending are more then 75%!now with that said let me ask the people of puna this:what would you do if you found somebody living in your neighbor hood who is a registered offender? keep in mind i said i lived in places where there was s.o.i always told my family to be careful but dont judge others cause we are not god.and that has worked for us for years......
