Why more in Hawaii? Isn't knowledge and skill pretty much the same? Why should consumers pay more just because the trim is in Hawaii. Not meaning disrespect, just surprised by the comment in general. I feel the higher prices for many things is the cost of getting the product shipped there, not the skill of the work exceeding other locations. It's an interesting concept, one for debate perhaps. Am I off base in that line of thinking?[:I]
