Note: If you really want CC&Rs, and you buy into a subdivision that enforces the ones you like, be careful about "border regions".
For example: the "very bottom" of Nanavale Estates is adjacent to "Nanavale Farm Lots", which is a separate subdivision (that may or may not have CC&Rs).
The "very top" of Ainaloa is up against Hawaiian Acres; the "lower" part of Ainaloa Blvd is the boundary between Ainaloa and Orchidland.
Also, little-known fact: the "first phase" of Ainaloa has NO CC&Rs, these are approximately the first 6-8 blocks from the highway. If you lived on the edge of "phase 2", your neighbors "across the line" could farm roosters despite the fact that you're both "in Ainaloa".
