I will throw this out there to try to enlighten those that may not be aware of what may be going on with Gamecock farming.
although Cockfighting and wagering on a Cockfight is illegal in Hawaii, there are places where it is legal and taxed.
A mature two year old Cock of good game blood will bring anywhere from 250 to 800 dollars. A proven brood trio (cock and two hens) have been known to sell for as much as 10 thousand.
Cows moo and roosters crow. Breeding and raising these birds for the cockpit, like cattle ranching, goes on in every state. If the land that it is done on is zoned for ag, it is legal.
