Will Billy Sign or Veto? No one should be surprised when he vetoes. Our Mayor has got a few tough days up ahead. Like Kauai's Bernard Carvalho, I believe Billy will veto based on "legal" interpretations. It'll come down to an override vote. Too many of Billy's supporters in the Ag industry. There is no way he signs.
