I know there is a long history to this, but let's just get it done right and then all of our property values will go up. There is tons of bulldozing/building going on in Orchidland right now. I know a lot of people still don't pay, but as things improve, maybe they will get on board and feel like their money will "count" for something good. There will always be people who try and avoid paying, but it sounds like more and more people are starting to buy into the idea of improving the roads. It's never going to be perfect, and we shouldn't wait around for this impossibility. Let's just work with what we have, and do something positive!,
