Thanks for the TMK numbers of the parcels that need to be condemned. It helps me out a lot to know where they are located exactly. The State has acquired the necessary right of way from twelve out of the fifteen landowners, which includes the State and County of Hawaii, according to the right of way acquisition document that I have.
