Shots fired in Leilani

I'm pretty sure that it is not legal to fire a gun within a subdivision, even an "ag zoned" subdivision. We have had shots fired in our neighborhood of 1 acre lots, when we had a reason to be talking to a police officer about something else we asked about the rules. The police told us that it is not legal to shoot or hunt with a gun in subdivisions, even rural ones, because of the risk of bullets going where they were not intended. This is why there are hunters who advertise on craigslist that they will hunt pigs on your property with bows, dogs, or traps instead of guns. He also encouraged us to call them if we heard shots again.
