Thanks Dee, I am in HS, not HSRE where google maps wasn't permitted to go. I think I'll be alright without the community center and pool. From what I've read here I'm on the right side of the line haha. So hopefully I can get my 500sq ft home permitted. I'd like to preserve most of the natural forest, along with planting some native plants and fruit trees. For now I am just going to do a bit of clearing with a machete/ maybe put up a fence and mailbox. If there are no CC&Rs I think the city code is under 8 ft for a fence without permit?
