I'm going to tout noni on punaweb once again 
can't hurt to give it a try right!? get a fresh noni fruit blend it into a slurry with aloe vera and place on bite, keep the extra in the fridge to use later. If that doesn't take the sting out of it within seconds and relive the red and swelling I would be surprised... Not gonna tell my personal story regarding it again as an example, just give it a try.
