Consider the source. It was written by a lawyer with a book to sell. And from his #1 point on... balding polar bears, which were already being reported before the Fukushima disaster... he's not presenting real evidence, just drawing empty conclusions based on a common fallacy that erroneously implies that because B follows A, then A must be the cause of B, when in fact they may not be related in any way. IOW, it's junk.
Contrast that with the following, written by a real, live, bona fide scientist who is working in the field, who says the radiation is so massively reduced at this distance that it is not dangerous, and says that she's still eating the fish. It's an entertaining and very informative read in a reputable journal.
