Grafted Tangelo tree problems?

Okay, so I transplanted a grafted Tangelo tree recently. After transplant tree should nice growth,and even flowered after two weeks in the ground . The flowers quickly turned into small fruits . Where they appeared to grow for another week or so. Then the fruits started turning colors(orange) and then fell off! When the fruit fell off it wasn't much bigger than an eraser on a school
pencil. Anybody know why this would happen?
