Just curious, if you called into Oceanic's call center on Oahu or even the mainland what makes you think that someone on Oahu or even the mainland would know about your subdivision?

I'm not defending them but it is a call center with a lot of different people working there. Oahu has almost a million people on that island alone. Just saying....
