I'm not in an area serviced by Oceanic, but what subdivision would agree to a service agreement with them that didn't include a provision to provide service to any homeowner that requested cable? Would anyone have allowed Hawaiian Telcom to pick and choose only the homeowners near their trunk lines? Our how about Helco deciding only to supply power to users near their main lines?
