He obviously hasn't looked at my bills introduced (available here: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/advreports/advreport.aspx?report=intro&year=2014&leg=Ruderman&rpt_type=first_pri) before slinging mud. Perhaps he/she/it can find another legislator with more original ideas introduced to justify his slander.

Frivolous legislation is a waste. You have some benign, bland legislation, possibly of interest to a small minority of the district community, then you have the really whacked zingers. You seem to be focused on local special interests, like selling unpasteurized goat and cow milk. You cry out slander but apparently don't know the meaning of the word. Opinion isn't slander and if the opinion has been shaped by observation over time, then it becomes a valid gauge of character. When you stubbornly refuse to comprehend that "fracking" is an oil drilling technique --period-- then you start showing indications of shiftiness. Then you have a bill to quarantine GMO. Unless you empty your store shelves of all GMO products, then you are a hypocrite. On one hand, to hysterically claim all manners of health and safety damage supposedly cause by GMO, then turn around and say you acknowledge many products on your store shelves are GMO is truly contradictory. If you are concerned about health and safety, then you would empty your stores of GMO products. Don't see that happening.
