as written the law cuts out the insurance broker and sales person. Instead the law created a niche for a non profit that in essence thought it had a monopoly
like any non profit - a good place to start looking is salaries .... follow the money.
it is my opinion many of these kinds of changes benefit the folks who contributed most to the players not the end users.
single payer would have solved this before it happened
- its not too late for Hawaii to make that a reality through the department of health - who should have been in charge of this from the get go. what we need is a single payer health co op - imho
the millions spent on a word press website would have paid a lot of rural doctors salaries.....
