Indeed; but until it comes, the Hawaii exchange should just be folded into the federal site. The amount that it costs is simply ridiculous for the number of people it serves, because there's a big economy of scale with this kind of system that we're losing out on. Not only are we a small state, but even before Obamacare we had the smallest proportion of uninsured aside from Massachusetts (which had Romneycare). The cost of running the state site independently is nearly enough to pay the premiums to everyone who used it to sign up!
