Simply being pollinated by hemp will not affect the quality of a non-hemp cannabis plant. As we discussed in one of the GMO threads, a pollinator's DNA simply sits in the seed, ready for the next generation, but not changing its seed parent's characteristics.
In any plant, if you don't control how pollination occurs you will have uncontrolled genetics in any resulting seed. That's why we buy seed in packets from people who are supposed to be controlling pollination to obtain true-to-name seed.
