Jerks on 130

Last night 130 was backed up past Keaau High School after 6 PM when the shoulder lane was supposed to be closed. Of course there is always some jerk who sails down the shoulder lane and then jams up the bottle neck by taking advantage of the kindness of others to squeeze in at the front of the line.

I would hope the police start waiting at the water station before Shower Drive and ticketing these jerks.
