Recycle WHY??. or why not?

Back to the recycle thing...too bad HELCO doesn't use garbage as fuel at Southpoint, and use garbage instead of black oil at Kalaeloa cogeneration plants. Use heat runoff to run scrubbers on the exhaust stacks. Can't be any worse than the VOG, and definitely less than black oil out of the stack. I believe the steam (geothermal) HELCO uses is "owned" by the State, and therefore HELCO is billed by the State? Bi fuel is even better. Use steam to run a turbo that is used in the incineration of waste to create energy. Lowers steam fee, cleaner burn on garbage fire with turbo assist to create energy. Oh well, dreaming again...
