My son is a responsible cat owner. It's neutered and stays inside the house. He, Apollo, makes a nice pet.
I will show a neighbors pet some deference but that has limits.
Oh, and cats (and dogs) are not people, I don't care how much you want to believe that. Yes, they can be loved but no they aren't human.

I do not understand people who want to kill animals because they leave a bit of buried fertilizer in the ground.
