So I noticed there's been this ongoing issue with roads in HPP since 1962 reading the HPP road maintenance thread.

That's Discovery Harbor, that was taken in 2010. my mom was recently out there in 2017. As you can see from the video, the roads are quite nice, paved, not chip sealed, no potholes. DH is way out in the middle of nowhere, it doesn't even show up on google maps as a subdivision. How is it that they have paved roads with no potholes, but HPP doesn't? HPP has 11k people, DH has 949. So HPP has like 10 times the people, but somehow DH is the one with paved roads? That doesn't make any sense.
