I've seen things off Kapoho.

Kapoho is a hotspot for sure .
Once while XL'ing down by the lighthouse on the rugged rocky beach rd towards Hilo, my friend and I were flown over , or perhaps I should say buzzed by 2 black heli's , with 0 id visible, and they weren't at more than 200' altitude.we could easily see the pilot and crew member
My friend was scanned section by section bodily down at cinderland and before that (2days) we (3 of us at that time) had observed at dusk a white bright sphere that approached us the second we cognized it.
Say what you will these are true stories.
These are only a couple of instances - their are many more
