new connectivity routes in Puna

The fern acres South lauko to Hwy 11 is it going to have stop lights at 11 or just another stop sign? They had just fixed a bad intersection at south Kulani.If you do this with out lights your opening a intersection up in the middle of MT.View that will be a death trap for people..This will be worse than Kulina ever was.Before they fixed Kulina nearly everday some one was getting into a wreck turning into or out on Hwy 11 going or coming from Fern Acres. You be opening up a intersection that is surrounded by houses and in middle of hill were cars go 55 mph even if the speed limt is 45. I don't think 1 millon dollars will fixed this.
