new connectivity routes in Puna

Kalakoa do I understand you right Pcdp knows this a dangerous intersection but we should go ahead and build and hope the state puts in a light.How about turns lanes or cars just going to stop in the middle of hwy 11 and wait to turn. Does this have most support by fern acres or does all puna support this.Does this 1 million take the cost of widen of lauko? It is not much more then one lane wide.
