Just get on ebay and find a complete kit with cameras and everything. There really is not too much difference in systems. Except price. A complete 16 camera system with HDD costed me in the 400 dollar range. I purchased a few spools of siamese cable (coax plus 2 wires for camera power) and im good to go. Cameras in trees, cameras behind rocks. cameras all over.
