if so the BI GMO ban doesnt include longtime GMO papaya, for obvious reasons... Puna is the Papaya Capital of the World, and Papaya needs to be GMO here to be of selling quality...
the only threat these small single family papaya farms have is by vandalism by misguided brainwashed brainless kooks with machetes
