In addition to official County and State roads, there are five types of Road-in-Limbo, plus "privately owned" roads (which may or may not be "open to the public" and which status may or may not be formalized).
There are also roads which are none of the above.
Nor could I find the PEAR easement recorded against the affected TMKs, which seems like some kind of legal requirement -- I have found other access easements which are properly recorded as a matter of public record, just not this seemingly "important" one.
