Best Burgers?

I have gotten consistently good service at Hilo Burger Joint with one huge exception a few months ago. Not fancy service, or even very polished service, but friendly and fast, even if maybe a little sloppy. If you are alone and sit at the bar you get great service and even better conversation, which I learned when I used to have meetings in Hilo that went through dinner time.
