Aloha,

I totally agree with dayna. A high 'tannin' content can be a real culprit to those that have a sensitivity to the compound. Tannins, phenolyic compounds, are able to readily 'combine' with proteins, starches, minerals, and cellulose causing gastric distress in mammals, people included ~ jus' sayin' ~
